Management Accountant – London recruitment
The team is reasonable for the authorisation of all group transactions and preparation of month end journals also review, analysis and commentary of fund PL’s. The successful candidate will have good understanding of Management accounts and a background in Media or financial services.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the timely and accurate processing and posting of EIS related production payments/receivables and IFA commissions for all products
- As the main finance contact and provide financial support to the commercial team, and provide advise with regards to: cash flow forecasting; liquidity analysis; set up of production deals; arranging FX transactions
- Working closely with Senior Management Accountant, provide relevant management information to Fund teams to aid effective decision making
- Work closely with commercial team in managing the process of liquidating relevant entities and ensuring capital is returned to investors on a timely basis
- Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and management of the audit of year end statutory accounts for all entities
- Responsible for timely and accurate year end investor
Skill / Experience
- 2 years in a Management accounting role
- Financial services experience desirable
- Media experience an advantage
Education / Qualifications
- CIMA/ACA/ACCA Qualified or equivalent
