We are recruiting for an international management consulting firm that is looking for experienced consultants to join their USA team. They have been in business for over 25 years and worked with leading brand corporations across several industries.

About the Roles

 

·         Management Consultant with a strong corporate financial planning and analysis background

 

·         Customer Support Consultants with experienced in software technical support centres. In particular with Case Management, Backlog Management, Service Level Management, Staff Scheduling, Six Sigma and strong process re-engineering skills.

 

·         Management Consultants with a professional services background, familiar with economics of services and operational executions, demand planning, Six Sigma, preferably with Healthcare experience.

 

·         Project Manager – PMP certified, manage the project plan and monitor the execution, must know MS Project and Healthcare experience preferred.

 

Requirements

·         Proven experience within a change management projects.

·         Key competencies required: consulting, facilitation, coaching, creativity, marketing/communications, business leadership and problem solving.

·         Key tools: Project Management, Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, Balance Scorecards, Kaizen, 5S, 6 Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance, Set-up Reduction Services

 

Education/Certification

·         Must have an MBA or relevant years of consulting experience. 

 

Desired Experience/Skills:

·         5+ years of management consulting experience.

·         Six Sigma certified is desired.

·         Certification in Change Management is desired (e.g. ASQ, APICS, CMC, etc.).

·         Experience within the following are desired: Finance, Healthcare, Professional Services, Sales and Customer Support (e.g. Technical Support or Call Centres), Procurement.

·         Experience in delivering management training.

·         Project Manager – must have PMP certification.

 

Other points:

·         Must be willing to travel extensively.

·         Must have valid Driver's Licence and Passport.

·         Must be able to pass Basic Security clearance for international travel purposes.
