Our Consulting practice in Perth is experiencing tremendous growth and is continuing to expand across key sectors including Government, Health and Energy Resources.
We are currently seeking Senior Consultants / Managers with proven Process Operations Excellence experience. As a member of our team, you will focus on delivering a competitive advantage to our clients through improved processes and systems. You will help identify and implement business and change initiatives using proven transformation methodology techniques. By partnering with clients, you will assist their businesses with implementing business change solutions to achieve improvements in performance.
Key skills/attributes required
- Experience assessing internal and external triggers to lower cost base or improve the productivity of an organization
- Enterprise wide operating model review and design
- Support of the review and design of functional / business unit specific operation models
- Strong process mapping and root cause analysis
- Strong communications and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong process measurement reporting
- Strong process improvement methodologies
- Process design, re-engineering and governance experience
- Financial modeling analysis experience
- LEAN Six Sigma experience is preferable but not mandatory.
