Management Reporting Accountant

An interim job opportunity has arisen with a world leading pharmaceutical company based in West London. This 6 month opportunity will be for a Management Reporting Accountant to assist with the Financial Analysis and Business Performance of the UK segment of the business.

Working alongside finance business partners, and reporting to the Manager of the UK Pharma Business, this role will offer an opportunity to work with a range of different stakeholders in the business, and raise your profile in this dynamic organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing consolidated reports and analysis on a range of operational cost centres including headcount, and fixed assets, prepare and deliver budgeting and forecasting exercises, support business unit heads by delivering financial analysis on specific areas, and identify process improvements for monthly reporting. This role will also have responsibility for the general ledger activities within the business, ensuring accuracy of entries, and providing commentary on variance versus actuals. 

This role is a business critical role, and requires someone who has the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and who has strong communication skills. We are looking for a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) who has experience working in a management accounting role for an international commercial business.
