My client is a well established Banking organisation based in Birmingham City Centre, who is looking to expand the current team and bring on experienced banking candidates on a temporary basis.
As a Case Manager your will be working in Business Banking, assisting Lending Specialists in the processing of Lending applications. You will receive inbound calls from customers, solicitors and third parties, your role will be to provide them with updates on the progress of lending applications. As part of your role you will also make outbound calls to chase and gather information for the lending applications. You will be working to SLA's and deadlines.
Essential Experience
Must come from a banking background and have experience of customer service
Must be able to pass a credit check
Must have experience of working to deadlines and targets.
