Our client, a world leader in professional and management consulting services, is seeking an accomplished and experienced professional to join their Consumer Banking Regulatory Advisory Practice. This practice provides consulting and advisory services to a broad range of institutions to design and implement quality, practical business approaches (analytic, compliance, process, governance, strategy, reporting, remediation) to compliance and regulatory functions with a principal focus on Fair Lending, CRA, UDAP, TILA, RESPA and related areas. The Consumer Compliance Team focuses on services to financial services organizations that address assessing, developing or implementing consumer compliance management programs, consumer compliance testing and monitoring programs and managing regulatory examinations.

Managers lead teams that advise clients on a variety of regulatory issues to help meet consumer banking compliance and regulatory requirements and expectations (Federal Reserve, OCC, OTS and/or FDIC), research emerging trends, regulatory guidance and best practices, and critically analyze compliance policies, procedures, people, processes, and systems used by financial institutions. Managers are responsible for running large, complex consulting projects, aggressively pursuing new business opportunities, contributing to the profitable operation of the practice and managing, mentoring and developing junior level management consulting staff.

Requirements: Significant experience in Financial Services, Regulatory (Federal Reserve, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Office of Thrift Supervision, or the FDIC) or Management Consulting with significant knowledge of the consumer lending life cycle (e.g., marketing, origination, pricing, risk and servicing),  consumer lending products (e.g., mortgage, auto, credit card), consumer regulations (e.g., Fair Lending, CRA, UDAP, TILA, RESPA) regulatory requirements of the Federal Reserve, OCC, OTS and/or FDIC. MBA and/or professional designations are all a plus.
