Job Description
As the Manager - SAP MM, PLM and PP you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:
- Collaborate with business partners to define strategy, architecture, integration, implementation and support of SAP and related enterprise applications for manufacturing, engineering, and procurement departments.
- Lead and continuously identify opportunities for improvement for business processes and systems within the area of responsibility as part of post go-live support.
- Hands-on involvement with solution design, configuration, testing, training and deployment while acting as a Project Manager on global projects.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies/next generation platforms and recommend solutions that drive innovation and business value.
- Act as a liaison between business and development teams to communicate priorities, manage functional and technical requirements for support and projects.
Job Requirements
This position requires the following skills and attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably with emphasis on Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Operations Management or equivalent work experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience implementing SAP Operations, MM, PP on projects in a functional / technical capacity for a Life Sciences company.
- Proven experience in a project management role on at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
- Ablility to collaborate with internal customers, external vendors and identify opportunities for improvement while demonstrating a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Demonstrated communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks coupled with strong analytical problem resolution skills.
The following skills and attributes are preferred:
- Experience with SAP APO and SRM.
- Project Management Professional Certification.
- Understanding and experience working in FDA CFR Part 11 compliant environment.
