ANZ Private is currently seeking an experience Advice Coach for NSW. The primary responsibility to coach, hold accountable, up skill impart knowledge to frontline staff. This includes Managers, Associates and specialists who provide/supervise advice. Work with the PWD and Director, Advice Solutions to improve advice culture, advice practice, compliance and technical skills of staff. Coach assist Managers and Associates on technical aspects of providing advice including SoA submissions, use of advice systems and advice provision.
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Coach and up skill Frontline team members, including specialists on technical aspects of their advice, client management, advice sales skills and compliance
- Hold Managers accountable to 'best practice' advice management and delivery to clients within the CSM proposition
- Develop frontline staff with a strong culture of providing advice that enhances and protects our clients wealth
- Demonstrate, role model and support the CRR and play an integral part in embedding it firmly in the frontline
- Coach Directors, Managers, Associates and specialists on developing business opportunities within the ANZP and other internal referral partners
- Identify internal and external business referral network opportunities and enlist team to deliver service proposition
- Develop advice opportunities from changes in legislation as clients net worth evolves
- Review pipeline reporting identify weaknesses/gaps and opportunities for business generation
- Supervise quality of {i}Advice,{/i} client filesand paraplanning submissions etc
- Develop solutions that lift the standard of advice and interaction with the business and clients
- Establish and maintain a collaborative working relationship with internal product manufacturers to ensure the most appropriate products for our client servicing/advice model are developed
- Ensure compliance regulations, policies and ethics are rigorously adhered to and develop frontline systems to promote.
- Work on initiatives for review of future advice models and platforms
- Professional development and education (personal) and travel to/from regional offices
The successful applicant will strongly match the following criteria:
- Tertiary qualification
- Post graduate studies in Financial Planning
- Strong Financial Planning background with sound technical skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
- Mentoring, management and coaching experience
