We are currently looking for Manager- Business Analytics; this is a key stakeholder facing role which will be responsible for the management and development of reports of lodged complaints as well as fostering positive improvement activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and reduce root cause drivers of complaints.
- Ensure daily, weekly, monthly and regional reporting deadlines are met.
- Analyse and actively pursues issue resolution, and communicates status/issues to business stakeholders and operational management.
- Lead strategy engagements through all key project deliverables including scoping, research, analysis, synthesis and communication
- Provide the necessary supporting documentation for the Business Operations areas to evaluate, prioritize and determine the cost effectiveness of complaint resolution process
- Provide and facilitate strategic changes to evaluate and meet operational requirements
- Create structured quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Define measure and implement a structured process for the design, development, testing and deployment of the system enhancement and process improvement projects.
- Identify staffing needs, provides direction, assigns, specific tasks and responsibilities, evaluates and mentors staff.
- Coach team members and lead creation/ implementation of projects
