Job Description
- To deliver training solutions in a best-in-class quality.
- To enhance the capacity of employees through training, development and multi-medium delivery of learning in a globally consistent manner.
Key Roles Responsibilities
- Program Development
- Deliver Classroom Training
- Own Course Design and Development for local programs
- Own Course Adaptation for group programs - Stakeholder Engagement
- Own Stakeholder engagement
- Participate in Branch visits to Relationship Managers (RMs) - Team Work
- Participate in all Consumer Banking Academy Transformation Initiatives
Qualifications Skills
- With successful RM career in Wealth Management/SME with knowledge on full spectrum of banking products (Asset, Liabilities, WM, Insurance Products).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
