The Client Services Manager is responsible for directly managing, coaching and providing feedback to a team of Client Service Assistant Managers (CSAM's) who provide a suite of services to various business units within ANZ. This role is also responsible for the efficient allocation and prioritisation of work to CSAM team members, ATOM reporting/data management and establishing and maintaining customer centric collaborative relationships with customer and stakeholders.
