The Client Services Manager is responsible for directly managing, coaching and providing feedback to a team of Client Service Assistant Managers (CSAM's) who provide a suite of services to various business units within ANZ. This role is also responsible for the efficient allocation and prioritisation of work to CSAM team members, ATOM reporting/data management and establishing and maintaining customer centric collaborative relationships with customer and stakeholders.
Role Requirements:
- Understanding of ANZ credit policies and processes including use/application of the following systems :
- CACHE
- ORION
- RAZOR
- CCMS
- Proven risk management experience gained from working within a operational risk/audit or line mgt position responsible for quality control
- Strong relationship building and networking skills. Experience with dealing with people at all levels; both internally and externally
- Well-developed communication skills with the ability to persuade, influence and build rapport with others and to effectively impart specialist knowledge and build capability in others
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills to enable identification of multiple issues involved with complex business issues and to develop acceptable solutions for customers and the business
- Demonstrated and well-developed people leadership skills to be able to deliver results individually and in collaboration with others
