Manager, Client Services, Group Private Banking recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Provides support service to Relationship Managers with issues related to private banking clients and prospective clients.
- Attends directly to enquiries of clients.
- Collaborates with other business units within the Bank to gather information for the benefit of clients’ queries.
- Fulfills transactions relating to FX, investment and credit transaction.
- Perform a range of routine transaction processing to provide first class customer service
Requirements:
- At least 5-7 Years relevant experience handling clients from High Networth segment, Private Banking experience is preferred.
- Those with Premier Banking / Priority Banking / Wealth Management experience are also welcomed to apply.
- Articulate with ability to speak in Bahasa is a plus
- Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) preferred
- Possess excellent customer service attitude, interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player as well as able to work independently
