Manager – Compensation & Benefits recruitment
Reporting into the Head of CB, you will be responsible for:
- Handling CB related projects including market surveys and project planning
- Structure and implement compensation plans for Asia
- Roll out new CB initiatives and projects
- Present compensation analysis and general trends to internal stakeholders
- Ad hoc system related projects
To succeed in this role, you will have the following:
- Bachelor degree preferably in HR
- Approx. 7 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in multiple projects and work within tight dead lines
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
