EMEIA Financial Services Advisory is currently looking for a
Manager Consultant - Basel III
We are looking to strengthen our team at the Manager level and are seeking individuals with experience of advising on and delivering Basel III project.
You'll be in charge of:
- Assisting with gathering and collating business requirements and contribute to high level solution designs
- Supporting the design and development of Basel III solutions for clients
- Managing own time to budgets, communicating progress against plan to Senior Manager or higher level.
- Preparing client reports and presentations, explaining complex technical issues to a non-technical audience.
Also, as a Manager you'll be in charge of :
- Helping manage the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders.
- Participating in business development initiatives
- Building strong internal relationships within FSO Advisory Services and FSO network
· Developing people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring all levels of staff
· Conducting performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staff
· Contributing to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training Program Management professionals
· Maintaining an educational program to continually develop personal skills of all levels of staff
· Understanding and following workplace policies and procedures and communicate these to all levels of staff
Skills
Your profile :
Requirements :
· 5 to 8 years of working experience in this field or expertise or similar functions
· Strong academic record including a Master degree or relevant professional qualification
· Strong interest in Basel III domain
· Previous consulting experience will be an advantage to your application
· Good communication skills, to both smoothly work with colleagues and to convince clients
· Good language skills ( Fluent in Dutch, French and English)
· Knowledge of Lotus Notes and Office tools.
