Key Roles Responsibilities

1. Assist Relataionship Manager(s) to achieve budgeted revenue and other campaign targets
2. Provide high quality customer service on enquiry, transactions handling and offer operational solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
3. Prepare comprehensive and clearly written credit proposals for credit approval in a timely manner
4. Proactively monitor excesses / bills referrals in accordance with the Bank's policy
5. Monitor risks on a daily basis, ensure prompt reporting and take appropriate actions to deal with irregularities

Qualifications Skills

1. Must have relevant commercial banking experience
2. Proactive and is ready to work under pressure
3. Detail oriented and with good credit analysis skill
4. Confident in dealing with customers; has good communication skill, both in verbal and written form
5. Good command of both Mandarin and English
