Manager – Debt Origination recruitment

The Client
Our client is a leading bank with an aggressive growth strategy regionally with expertise in delivering a full range of debt financing instruments in the region.
The Position:
- Work with various business units to identify opportunities, carry out business origination and marketing for new markets in Australia, India and Indonesia market.
- Perform analysis of the company to identify new business opportunities
- Work with other teams syndication teams (both loans syndication and fixed income sale) to ensure successful distribution of all originated transaction
- Manage all documentation matters during transaction execution phase
- Based in Singapore, but the role will require business travel.
- Have 4-8 years of relevant experience in debt origination and/or syndication
- Technical knowledge in structure finance, MA, treasury products with proven track record in leading and managing transactions
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong financial analysis and credit skill
- Independent, self-motivated and strong in interpersonal skills
- Candidates with corporate banking background may also be considered
