Manager, Equity Dealing Support recruitment
City based asset manager seeks a dealing/trade support specialist with supervisory skills and experience of managing change.
Preferred experience will be from an Equity environment and knowledge of the entire trade lifecycle is essential. Applicants will be IMC/IAQ qualified with a strong front/middle office operations background and an understanding of Trade Cost Analysis.
Working closely with the head of department, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of change within the team. This will include ensuring that regulatory, systems and business changes affecting the Equity Dealing and Dealing Execution areas are suitably implemented. As such the ability to navigate through a complex institution, building effective working relationships will be key to the success of the role.
The role will involve liaising with third party systems providers, front office and operations staff and confident communication and presentation skills are therefore essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to influence at all levels and to drive through change initiatives. Excellent organisational, time management and report writing skills are all pre-requisite requirements
