The role of Store Manager plays a critical part in these beliefs. Responsible for the overall business performance of the Store, the Store Manager drives activities to achieve Store performance targets (revenue growth, customer service scores, referral targets) through inspirational team leadership and strong business development.

Your key responsibilities will focus in the following areas :-

You will be an experienced retail store manager who is passionate about your customers and the services you can offer to them. You will be an experienced leader of people, able to inspire, lead and motivate. With a strong understanding of financial services and banking products you will be open to learning and professional development.
