About the Team:
Talent, Communication Organization (TCO) is a unique group combining expertise in the areas of talent management, executive development, corporate communications, and organizational design and development. A relatively new group to Vistaprint, our main focus is building a platform for our executives and the teams they lead to succeed. The team reports into our CEO.
Job Description:
The primary responsibilities in this role are to lead and support strategic and tactical efforts to advance our Executive Development portfolio (e.g., Action learning, rotational assignments, coaching network, workshops and training design and facilitation, business case writing, etc). In addition, this role has the opportunity to participate in projects related to TCO's other work streams (e.g., executive talent system, OD and communication). As a member of TCO, this role helps design and implement solutions, working collaboratively within the TCO team and across our global organization, partnering with key stakeholders including our executives and our HR organization. The person in this role has to have a strong solution and action orientation coupled with well-developed active listening skills. They will have the drive and collaboration skills to take projects from concept to completion.
This role is based in Lexington, MA and reports into the Director of Executive Development.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage global projects and initiatives including creating and managing the project plan, deliverables, communications, stakeholder engagement, etc.
- Master the details of planning, pre-work, tracking and logistics to ensure all projects are executed to achieve learning and business results.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders internally and externally. Internally, work with HR business partners and leadership and development functions to create alignment and scale. Externally, with vendors and coaches to create cohesion and ensure desired results are achieved.
Analyze needs of executive population based on qualitative and quantitative data to ensure that solutions created and offered are directly addressing these needs and can be tangibly measured. - Design and develop tools (e.g., presentations, communications, exercises, coaching manuals) that will widely adopted in the organization, applicable globally and will address; on the job, coaching and training needs
- Facilitate group discussions to bring any learning intervention back to the day to day application
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required - Instructional Design, Communications, Education, Business Administration preferred
- MBA, Masters degree or appropriate Instructional Design licensure preferred
- 3-5 years experience in leadership development, at the executive level preferred - designing and delivering
- 5+ years managing large-scale projects
- Ability to innovate and solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
- Passionate self-starter with strong analytical, communication and relationship building skills
- Some travel required
- MS Office advanced proficiency: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
