About the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will act as a senior in the team, responsible for the production of the results that are furnished to external parties. This includes managing the monthly consolidation process including analysis, interrogation and reporting of Divisional financial data.. Other accountabilities will include:
- Preparation of bi-annual performance analysis
- Provide support to Group Investor Relations in the preparation of the half yearly briefing pack
- Assisting in reparation and review of aspects of the Annual Financial report
- Managing working relationships with line of business finance staff
- Understanding and resolving differences between management and financial reporting
- Investigating and resolving key issues arising in relation to consolidation of the Group and Holding Company for actual and forecast results
- Identifying and analysing monthly balancing items
Key Skills and Requirements:
- CA/CPA qualification
- Financial Services experience ideal
- Strong reporting background - at the group level
- Strong spreadsheeting and data skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
