Our Finance team is much more than just the numbers, we provide consultancy and support to the business in achieving its financial targets both in strategic and management terms.
This role in consultation with the Financial Controller provides financial, strategic and management advice to the Bank. This includes establishing and maintaining framework for monitoring revenue performance, effective cost management, identifying opportunities for the business, and providing the link for the business into finance services.
In this position you will be responsible for meaningful, accurate and timely analytical services that align with business key value drivers and highlight business performance opportunities or issues. Key to success is maintaining the data integrity of analytical financial and non-financial outputs from a business perspective, and facilitating continuous improvement in outputs through re-engineering initiatives and problem resolution.
You will in return have significant autonomy responsibility within a team supporting the business. The role has strong links into the business and requires ability to influence across all levels the organisation. Interested candidates will enjoy working in a small and focused team, have fantastic time management skills and posses a proactive approach to work. Equally important are your interpersonal skills, strong business acumen and results focused attitude.
The successful candidate will be CA qualified: previous experience in the Financial Services Sector would be beneficial.
