Manager, Financial Control
As part of their UK expansion plans our client seeks a qualified accountant to help run this UK banking operation.
You will:
- Oversee and be responsible for all aspects of financial control for the UK based group
- Preparation and consolidation of monthly management accounts
- Preparation and management of the of annual budget process
- Preparation of 3 years financial forecasts and capital requirements
- Main contact for Auditors on all parts of the audit from planning stage to final sign off
- Manage Taxation matters, including corporation tax, VAT and withholding taxes
- Transfer pricing
- Responsible for all FSA Bank of England reporting
- Exposure to and an understanding of:
- Liquidity risk management
- Foreign Exchange risk management
- Interest rate risk management
The ideal candidate will have worked in a UK based Bank previously and have a recognised Accountancy qualification.
