Manager Front Office and Billing recruitment
This position is responsible for the overall billing function for Southern Health. This manager is accountable to motivate and lead a high performing Patient Liaison and Billing team as well as developing and implementing effective strategies that maximise revenue streams for Southern Health.
The manager will administer the Patient Liaison service to provide a patient-centered service that provides highly informed billing and private health cover information for patients and their families. The manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders so that effective business partnerships are formed that enable; (a) the development of new revenue streams; and (b) centralisation of all revenue capture functions throughout Southern Health.
The manager will provide financial reporting and analysis that is timely, effective, responsive, relevant and accurate. All business activities in this area comply with legal and ethical standards.
