You will assist the Head of Global Sanctions Compliance by communicating and monitoring all related compliance issues with Economic and Trade Sanctions (ETS) legislation in accordance with external policies. You will also provide relevant compliance advice as required. The role will require high levels of engagement with business, risk, and legal stakeholders to ensure that the ETS policies are balanced between risk and commercial considerations and all ETS obligations are appropriately updated. You will be required to adopt a collaborative approach to ensure business and compliance objectives are consistently achieved.
Successful Applicants must have:
- Knowledge and understanding of the ETS requirements both locally and globally
- Background in risk management, compliance, law enforcement, case management or audit
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Tertiary qualifications in business, accounting or law
- Well developed relationship building, influencing and networking skills
