Purpose of Position: The purpose of this position is to be responsible for the management processes related to the configuration and change of Teleflora’s computer system, software, data and networks. This position will be a positive change agent that assists in maturing our operational processes specific to industry standards such as ITSM, COBIT and ITIL frameworks. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Infrastructure.
This position will be responsible for ensuring that Teleflora’s systems and operational processes are properly and consistently documented and that the documentation is managed in such a way as to be kept current through defined and enforced change control processes and is readily available to all resources and processes that required such information. This position will also contribute to maturing the IT Governance practices in PCI Compliance, data management, and IT risk management.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational, process and communication skills. The ability to have a top-down, hierarchical view of systems and information will be critical. The candidate must possess the ability to define, document and enforce consistent processes for the collection, storage and maintenance of information about Teleflora’s computer systems, software, data and networks.
The successful candidate will work closely with other key IT resources in a collaborative fashion to define the specific mechanisms and processes for gathering data and establishing a system of configuration management and change management.
