*Manager, GPP HR Planning and Analysis~ Job in Knoxville, Tennessee Us
1. Primary Purpose of the Function
* Lead the deployment of the GPP global HR planning and analysis initiatives under the direction of the GPP Global Talent and Human Resources Director and in partnership with the GPP Talent and OD Manager.
2. Major activities/Key Challenges
* Develop, deploy and manage standard people monthly reports on a global basis.
* Develop and manage global campus partnerships scorecards.
* Develop and manage global workforce and succession plans.
* Lead standard reporting related to diversity and QBR requirements.
* Develop and manage the global talent dashboard.
* Develop and manage the global HR sharepoint site.
* Provide GVS deep dive analysis for global GPP and support ad-hoc requirements.
* Partner to ensure the year end process is appropriately executed for GPP.
* Develop and manage completion rate monitoring for the standard performance management cycles.
* Develop Global GPP Talent Templates and Provide People Review support
* Partner with the Alcoa Talent Management Team on key projects and initiatives
* Manage the GPP HR QBR Roll-ups
* Provide project leadership and support to key HR initiatives (e.g.- Advanced Supervisory Excellence, Alcoa Mentoring, Leading Others to High Performance)
One person will report to this postion.
Basic Qualifications
* Previous analyst position within line or HR roles.
* Proven ability to develop and deploy key tools and projects.
* Bachelors degree in business, marketing or finance.
* Proven ability to execute on a global scale.
* Strong ability to multi-task and drive impact at all levels in the organization.
* Ability to link workforce characteristics and impacts for financial impacts.
* Strong Project Management
