The strategy team works with banks leadership teams to develop the overall strategic direction for the business, ensuring a clear path to achieve their objective to be Australia's leading bank. The team helps drive the identification, development and implementation of business strategies, growth opportunities and solutions to business problems that contribute to achievement of strategic objectives.
You will be an excellent communicator, demonstrate a structured approach to problem solving and have strong business presentation writing skills. Management consulting experience and financial services experience are essential and completion of a relevant tertiary qualification such as an MBA would be beneficial.
