Manager – HR Governance, Compliance & MI recruitment
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that HR Governance supports the operational HR strategy of the Bank.
- Direct, supervise, and monitor the activities of HR policies and procedures, working with the Head of Human Resources and directs to ensure they are effective, efficient, and timely in completion and communication throughout the Bank.
- Understand communicate the HR policies and processes to all stakeholders and oversee control throughout.
- Participation and taking responsible of some of the policies given allocation by Head of Human Resources.
- Identify and managed the HR Risk Management process.
- Design, develop and managed the HR key internal (HR) and external (FGB) management information in order to make key decision in order to take future action.
- Implementation of initiatives to improve and automate HR management information, benchmarking the same with periodically with the market to ensure implementation of HR and IT best practices.
- Drive initiatives to deliver customer centric organization culture and work towards delivering high levels of service quality by periodically reviewing management information data and continuously enhance the performance of HR.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Managing the outputs of HR Governance endorsements.
- Compliance of HR policies with external governing entities.
- Usage of right tools and techniques to arrive at right level of production and analysis of management information.
- Customer satisfaction and effective gap analysis.
- Stakeholder feedback.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE:
Minimum; Undergraduate degree with external certification in policies with at least 8-10 years experience of which at least 3-4 years in a Banking industry and 3-5 years of compliance, HR policies and management information.
