Manager, HRIS / Data Mgt. – International Retail brand recruitment

Overview

Our client is a leading international brand name in apparel design and manufacturing, with a global brand presence in fashion, sportswear and accessories. Asia remains an engine of growth for them and due to expanding business plans for Asia-Pacific; they are keen for an experienced and competent leader in HRIS and Data Management to join their strong HR Shared Services team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

This is a regional role reporting to the Shared Services Director for APAC. You will be depended upon to provide leadership and direction for the execution of regional-level data management processes, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, quality of service delivery and continual process improvement. You will lead in coordinating service-level agreements on a regional basis, as well as in conducting timely and thorough HR Audits. As a manager, you will be responsible for people and performance development, guiding your team towards proficiency and relevance in skill-sets and facilitating towards self-upgrading. As and when needed, you will also take charge in change management projects concerning systems, applications and platforms.

Requirements

The client is seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent, with at least 7 years' relevant experience in HRIS management, data management or HR-related management of compliance programs - of which at least 3 years should be in a team-leadership role. The candidate should be a well-qualified HR practitioner, who has honed his or her expertise in an MNC, and preferably be Singapore based. Solid process analysis and planning skills are imperative, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills. Working knowledge of HR SAP is preferred.
