Manager – Integrated Marketing Communication recruitment
Our client is looking for a dedicated and pro-active individual to join the Customer Marketing team which requires developing and managing the suite of marketing communication activities, and providing marketing support for Life and Accident Health business units. The candidate will be reporting to the Section Head for Marketing Communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute creative marketing communications campaigns to create product awareness and raise interest amongst consumers for Life and Accident Health insurance products
- Develop and manage consumer promotion strategies to drive business sales
- Manage and monitor budgeting, logistics, operations and statistic reporting of each marketing and promotion campaigns to determine efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop product marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, mailers, sales kits to support agency sales efforts
- Monitor and analyse competitive marketing activities within the industry
- Engage and work closely with internal stakeholders – Business units, Compliance, Corporate Communications, Actuarial, Legal and other supporting departments
- Engage and manage external partners such as business partners, creative media agencies, vendors for favourable business terms
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing Communication or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of marketing and project management experience, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry
- Good negotiation, written and communication skills, and bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Independent and a good team player who is able to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving capability as well as attention to details
- Able to work well under pressure and ability to multi-task and cope with tight deadlines
- Ability to manage advertising and creative agencies effectively in the development of marketing collaterals
- Proficient in MS Office Applications - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
