Manager – Integration & Transformation recruitment
The Integration Transformation Manager will be responsible for the following covering the entire client lifecycle:
Integration:

To conduct diagnostics for the client's operating units for move in-house and to assess current practices and performance – specifically with a view to migratability.

To develop a view on improvement potential (cost and quality) for the unit including the levers along with communicating the same to the stakeholders.
Transformation:

To make a detailed assessment of the lean maturity of the unit, develop and syndicate a transformation roadmap with the operations leadership with objectives and initiatives

To drive, plan and manage implementation of transformation initiatives
The Integration Transformation Manager should posess the following:
- Strong academic background from a top tier university
- 3-5 years of experience in a Management Consultancy tending to Financial Services clients
- Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)/ Lean Transformation Role will be a plus
