Internal Audit Manager - Investment Management
You will have:
- Experience in auditing investment management practices is required; the ideal candidate will already have a number of years experience in a similar area or role.
- Good technical understanding of the financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient understanding of the internal audit process.
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with a 'Top 4' background would be highly advantageous.
Role outline:
This role will be involved in the development, planning and performing of internal audits surrounding the Investment Management space of this leading Financial Services organisation. Such involvement would include:
- Scope determination, development of audit planning memorandums, performance of test work and report writing;
- Execution of the audit plan within departmental methodology, procedures and standards;
- On-going communication with business line management to discuss the status of business changes as well as perform follow-up on previously identified audit issues.
