Manager, Investor Relations recruitment
Our client is looking for a dedicated and pro-active individual with a passion for writing, good organisational and interpersonal skills to join one of their public-listed REITs. This is a very dynamic and stimulating role.
Key responsibilities:
Investors Relations – responsible for all communication with unit-holders, analysts and fund managers.
• Formulate the investor relations strategy of the REIT
• Conduct regular analyst meetings and roadshows
• Manage the contents of all public announcements and website
• Preparation of annual reports
• Manage all communication with the press and media
• Manage the shareholder register analysis
Public Relations - responsible for maintaining good public relations with all key constituencies, such as government, regulators, customers, suppliers, unit holders, and employees.
• Formulate all public relations and communication strategies and programs
• Handle all public relations enquiries
Research Analysis – responsible for market research including assisting the investment manager and asset manager in analysis of potential deals and their impact on the portfolio position in the market. Conduct research on the S-REIT market in general, and the Industrial S-REITs in particular including benchmarking as well as analysis of equity and debt capital transactions.
To undertake ad-hoc projects that is assigned by the CEO.
Job Requirements
• A good degree from a recognized university in business, finance, real estate and/or economics. CFA accredited a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Possess effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Result orientated and a great team player.
