Prime Brokerage Support Analyst, Investment Banking recruitment

The role is that of an experienced support person in a team dedicated in ensuring that the Prime Brokerage suite of applications and infrastructure are available and supported in line with defined service level agreements.

Provides day-to-day application (GUI and server-side) production support for the APAC Prime Brokerage and Equity Finance product suite, diagnoses problems, and resolves production incidents with all types of trade flow and middle office feeds. Defines, tests and communicates change requests and major system upgrades.
