Responsibilities
- Legal examination and commercial contract formatting.
- Research of international legal system on precious metals business and commodities trading related legal issues. Provide support for quality control system on physical products.
- Improve the human resources management system, optimize the allocation of human resources;
- Recruitment, review, promotion, dismissal of employees and daily management.
- HR IT system and training.
Requirement
- Familiar with the legal review systems and requirements,Grasp the legal review of methods and techniques;
- Strong business analysis and text writing skills;
- Legal review experience is preferred
Qualification
- Economics, Finance,Legal and related majors
- Full-time bachelor degree or above
- Two years of relevant working experience or above
