Relationship Coordinator
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Serving as day-to-day contact for banking servicing and transaction processing
- Monitoring account overdrafts and large transaction activity
- Compiling required Know Your Client (KYC) documentation
- Assisting with on-boarding clients
- Researching account and transaction records to resolve discrepancies and answer questions
- Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Preparing customized reports/summaries as needed
- Identifying and suggesting ways to improve current processes
- Adhering to all regulatory policies and operating procedures
Skills required:
Undergraduate degree is required
Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field preferred
Experience in related field preferred
Series 7 63 recommended
Professional and articulate
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize work, demonstrating flexibility when handling multiple tasks
Passion for quality and attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to interact effectively with clients, managers, and peers
Ability to problem solve
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment while maintaining good temperament and respectful manner
Show good judgment in decision making
Knowledge of and adherence to all rules and regulations
