Company Profile:
This internationally recognised brand leader has a strong market position that continues to prosper. They are currently seeking an experienced Management Accounting Manager to partner closely with the business to provide financial advice around budgets, forecasts and expenses.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Completion of timely month-end analysis and commentary including analysis advice on key drivers and volumes including communicating results to relevant stakeholders
- Completion of monthly 24 month expense forecasting including key drivers and volumes risks and opportunities including communication to key stakeholders
- Deliver financial management reports that clearly align financial performance results with key business drivers, highlighting risks and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
- Deliver meaningful, accurate and timely financial information/analysis that facilitates discussions on FTE, cost and key volume drivers with business managers.
- Develop models/databases associated with projection of financial and management analysis/information.
- Analysis of key finance functions to identify improvements to processes systems processes
- Establish and maintain effective consultative relationships and communication with suppliers, internal customers and peers across the Finance group.
Requirements:
- CA/CPA/CIMA qualified
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Financial services experience
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Right to work in Australia
