JOB TITLE: Manager of Customer Experience - UK's most exciting IT Start-up

PACKAGE: Basic: £45K - £55K, stock options

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Manager of Customer Experience
- Experience in managing customers, either through a helpdesk or services organisation
- Strong technical background, for example within a NOC, sys admin, developer etc.
- Proven people management experience
- Business quality communication skills - both oral and written - with the ability to analyse complex problems and communicate in a structured way
- Experience in defining product and customer experience
ROLE INFORMATION- Manager of Customer Experience
- You'll need to be a natural manager and leader of people, possess excellent communication skills and have a strong technical background with the ability to understand complex products and environments.
You'll be responsible for the following:
- Management of Helpdesk and Presales teams
- Online help system, knowledge base, FAQs and related customer touch points
- QA and testing of product releases including functional testing and customer experience
- Key contributor to product roadmap and liaise with development team to debug and prioritise bugs
- Involvement with management to ensure customer satisfaction and on-going product improvement
