Manager of Environment and Facilities Frankston-based, Menzies Incorporated owns Sages Cottage Farm in Baxter. The 34 acre heritage-listed property provides an exceptional backdrop of environmental significance in which trainees, volunteers, children and families meet and work in a variety of supportive community and building programs. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the property as well as working with a small team of staff and many volunteers to train young people in Certificates II and III in Horticulture and Certificate II in Conservation and Land Management.
