Manager of Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning recruitment
The Manager of Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning will provide financial planning and analysis for Atrium Companies, Inc and all of its operations. This person will assist in the design and creation of key financial reporting metrics and tools to assist Senior Management in driving results for the Corporation. Additionally, the incumbent will analyze MA opportunities and assist in the design and creation of strategic plans that will drive revenue and market share gains for the Corporation. The position will report into the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis as well as the VP of Strategic Planning and Business Development. The role will be based at Atrium’s corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
Responsibilities include:
- Financial planning
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Analysis and reporting of region and plant performance
- Analysis of MA opportunities and development of integration plans
- Assist in development of strategic plans
- Assist in business development initiatives
- Develop management reporting tools for Atrium management team
- Develop scorecard metrics to standardize processes across the company
- Provide training throughout corporation on standard processes
Activities will also include:
- Participating in project teams to identify, recommend and implement market share gain, new market entry, profit improvement or cost avoidance opportunities
- Assisting plants to achieve financial targets and educating plant personnel regarding key areas of opportunity
3.) CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
CPA or MBA preferred
Investment banking or management consulting experienced preferred
2-5 years relevant work experience
