Manager of Insurance Treasury Services

The Manager of Insurance Treasury Services in London will be responsible for the following:
•Support the implementation of initiatives strategic projects

•Incorporate Insurance ALM within the Group systems (QRM) for Group reporting and to support Insurance Finance actuarial teams

•Reporting: develop framework to enable accurate and timely MI

•Monitoring: ITS PL and GCT reporting of ITS transactions

•Liaise and manage relationships with key stakeholders within GCT and Insurance

Some key accountabilities of the Manager of Insurance Treasury Services include:

•Build strong relationships across GCT and Insurance, working closely with the business partners

•Ensure a good understanding of the GCT businesses / desks and GCT's key performance drivers and metrics

•Deliver insightful and timely management information which is viewed by the business as critical in managing and executing its strategy

•Proactively manage key stakeholders across the business and Finance in communicating changes to the business shape, results and metrics

•Ensure any issues are flagged ahead of time; be proactive in identifying issues and providing constructive solutions
