Title: Manager of MSO Implementation and Training

Reports To:  Director of MSO and Implementation Services

 

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Manager is to manage the team charged with on-boarding clients after the initial sale in regards to process, technology and client expectations.    This position will also be responsible for development, testing and training of functionality the GHA systems.  This position will require local and non-local travel that may involve overnight stays.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

·         Manages implementation team to ensure activities of the department are executed and completed in an effective and efficient manner according to department and company policy and procedures

·         Coordinates new client implementations and software changes with both internal and external customers

·         Consult with clients to develop sound strategies while alleviating concerns regarding the implementation process

·         Create/develop solid relationships with clients through professional management of expectations regarding scope and schedule to create positive outcomes

·         Support implementation team through training, conflict management, and client issues

·         Assists Implementation team in completing new client assessments

·         Documents operational issues for a client and recommend solutions for implementation, training and compliance

·         Assists in building, validating and testing new client’s database

·         Assists in developing, testing and training new system functionality

·         Develop, maintain and organize training materials for clients and GHA staff

·         Provides training at clients site during and after implementation as needed

·         Provides internal training to new and existing GHA employees

·         Provides enhancement ideas to further improve the software offered by GHA

·         Build and improve customer service with all internal and external customers of GHA

·         Supports Director in other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration or related field

·         Five years of experience in professional revenue cycle (physician’s office)

·         Two years of experience in system implementation

·         Strong computer experience in Word, EXCEL, other practice management system(s), etc.

·         Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks effectively

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to clearly and professionally present information to large and small groups

·         Strong analytical skills
