Manager, Performance Analytics Job in Waltham 02451, Massachusetts Us
As the Manager of Performance Analytics you will support the delivery of business objectives and drive financial performance through the development and execution of a robust financial performance management process, leading the executive team discussion on performance against objectives with a focus on what needs to be done to achieve goals, and bringing insight and analytics to inform decision making. To succeed, you will be able to:
· Lead monthly US Executive Team Financial Performance Management reviews
· Support special financial analyses required by the business including MA transactions, goodwill studies, as well as other ad-hoc analysis
· Inform the US businesses, functions, and corporate stakeholders on projected financial performance
· As the owner of the US Financial Scorecard, develop and refine scorecard to focus on critical business measures and formalize routine to bring insights through information in support of delivering on the scorecard objectives.
· Drive interactions with Key Stakeholders across the business including the Executive Team, Financial Control, US Functions Jurisdictional Finance Teams
· Responsible for US Restructuring and efficiency tracking
· Calculation tracking of US Performance Targets
Qualifications
· Bachelor Degree in Business or Finance degree required.
· Advance degree or certification a plus.
· Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, with strong people management skills and a proven track record of delivering results
· Establishes the facts by digging deeper, asking probing questions and challenging initial responses from different sources in order to provide rigorous decision support to the US leadership.
· Comfortable to engage stakeholders and effectively communicate utilizing all communications methods appropriately.
