Manager, Performance Management recruitment
Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager Performance Management, this role is responsible for all the MI and expenses management relating to CB Operations. Through establishing an effective in-country KPI tracking, automation of some MI reportings, robust cost management framework, this role aims at driving the productivity improvements for CB Operations, as well as making sure the team aligns with the overall CB strategy from a quantitative perspective.
Key Roles Responsibilities
To lead a team of 2 MI Officers and achieve the following:
- ensure accurate timely submissions for all In-country Group MI reports
- identify automation opportunities for the BAU tracking MI reports
- develop a robust internal monitoring tracking platform
- collaborate with other CBO teams to drive productivity improvements
- work closely with the CB Finance Team to ensure robust cost management
Qualifications Skills
- solid years of experience in the Consumer Banking retail banking sector
- basic understanding on the various CB retail banking products
- solid experience in managing MI reporting
- knowledgeable in SAS MACRO an advantage
- fluent in written spoken English
- expressive and able to communicate to stakeholders effectively
- able to work under tight deadlines and stressful environment
