Manager – Product Control recruitment
Our client is a provider of Wholesale banking and financial services globally. In Australia, they provide a full range of investment, financial market and advisory products and services with an international focus on specific markets where they are able to provide specialist service and value.
Due to growth across the Credit business over the past 12 months a Manager level opportunity has been created to oversee the day-to-day running of the product control team. This role will provide critical strategic support to the Head of Product Control as well as management of the day-to-day activities of the team. Critiical to this role is your ability to provide leadership of the control function for the business, with responsibility for end-to-end product and financial control, as well as managing ongoing relationships with key business heads.
The successful candidate will possess a formal accounting qualification, ideally with 3 - 5 yrs PQE. You must be able to demonstrate extensive experience gained in either a Product Control, Valuations or Risk Management role supporting a Global Markets business.
Strong leadership skills are critical as is the proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across finance, risk, and front office.
