Manager Productivity Practitioner
Join a Business Unit and team responsible for driving transformative initiatives across the entire CBA Group. As a Manager in the Program Delivery team you will participate in a range of Productivity projects working under the guidance and coaching of Executive Managers to deliver outcomes within process transformation projects and programs, and build sustainable Productivity capability within assigned Business Units/Divisions. Of note is the inclusion of Productivity and the Lean Six Sigma toolkit to drive a culture of productivity into the group and create an efficient organisation.
Productivity is a key part of the Group's strategy to excel at securing and enhancing the financial wellbeing of people, businesses and communities. This Business Unit builds this productivity capability by delivering and creating competent people throughout the Group driven by the mindset and behaviours of ongoing improvement. It does this through application of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and problem solving techniques to solve service, risk, cost or revenue problems in alignment with the Group's strategy.
As a Manager in this team you r responsibilities will include:
- Leading/guiding productivity project teams - applying experience to determine optimal approach in large and complex work streams
- Building Six Sigma competence through coaching business people via delivery of projects
- Embedding transformational changes through the building of a culture of Productivity within process
- Delivering training and workshop facilitation
Experience and skills required for this role include:
- Six Sigma Black Belt accredited
- Significant Lean project experience
- financial services experience preferredonly
- experience in the application of Lean Six Sigmawitin sales team environment preferred only
