Responsibilities
- Working with the team to originate, structure, manage and distribute private equity fund; real estate financial products and services in Singapore and the regional markets.
- You will identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in real estate and related products through financial analyses and feasibility studies entailing cash flow analysis and yield projections for potential deals.
- You will market the fund to investor and formulate strategy for the fund, which involves building up preliminary knowledge of the country property investment and operating environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Business / Finance / Real Estate or a related discipline
- At least 5 years proven track record in a similar position in the real estate industry.
- A demonstrated knowledge of the regional real estate market and its practices is an advantage.
- Strong ability to motivate and persuade
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task.
