Take the next step in your company secretarial career. You are currently sitting in an assistant company secretary role and looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a role. You will not have the disclosure requirements of a public company board, but you will have an unparalleled view of the workings of the various leadership structures within a professional services firm.
As KPMG Board Secretary you will have primary responsibility for the administration, communication and provision of general support to the National Board and National Executive committees.
Specifically you will:
- Schedule workflow through leadership bodies
- Prepare agendas, sourcing relevant content
- Direct logistics for meetings (location, equipment, catering)
- Attend leadership meetings, taking minutes and providing input as required
- Oversee preparation of minutes and document action items to get sign off
- Prepare briefing notes to the wider partnership as required
To succeed in this role you will ideally have proven board or assistant company secretarial experience, involving the preparation of minutes and board papers. You will have experience in providing input as required to senior level meetings.
This is a demanding, busy role that requires:
