You will need to demonstrate a broad knowledge of global marketing conditions and an understanding of property finance and development funding as well as having the prerequisite skills in accounting and analysing financial statements.
Specifically, we are looking for a Manager, Research and Analysis with the energy and drive to join a team tasked with managing credit assessment for a Real Estate Portfolio. In taking responsibility for ensuring its well-managed status, you will work closely and build strong relationships with a range of internal stakeholders and liaise with clients in supporting their day to day requirements.
