Senior Relationship Manager (12mth opportunity)

This role sits within ANZ's International Institutional Banking ("IIB") and provides the opportunity to lead transactions that focus on relationship building, networking, design and execution of complex client strategies. It covers responsibility for the financial needs of a portfolio of major property clients with a rapidly developing Investment Banking and Commercial Banking product base. Responsibilities include the coordination of product strategies for the client, developing financial solutions to meet client needs, driving overall Bank revenue returns and responsibility for credit risk. To be successful in this role, you will possess previous front line experience with an Institutional Property portfolio. A proven originator, you will ideally be tertiary qualified in a related discipline with financial analysis skills and an understanding of the drivers of value creation.
Furthermore, you will have the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally and also possess an in depth knowledge of the relevant product suite. Finally, you will have excellent client handling, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
